Some patients may be eligible for discounts on the costs of certain services (herbs and herbal products NOT included):
Low Income Patients (those with annual incomes of less than $15,000 for a single person, $30,000 for a couple, or $40,000 for a family with children) may qualify for a 10% discount. Proof of income status is required either pay stubs or previous years tax return.
Currently enrolled student (picture Student ID required) may qualify for a 10% discount.
Children age of 12 and younger (proof of age required) may qualify for a 15% discount.
Seniors age of 65 and older (proof of age required) may qualify for a 15% discount.
